The menu here in Elora will be spectacular. Ontario Beef, Ontario Pork, fresh Ontario Peaches, Ontario (made up the road) Ice Cream…and some frosty Ontario beverages

We’ll be eating Alberta pork (probably country style ribs) in a rhubarb bbq sauce, with side dishes of Alberta grilled potatoes, grilled zucchini, spinach salad, and baby carrots. Zukes, rhubarb, spinach and carrots from our garden. Not sure about dessert
