On Saturday August 28th, BEAST ‘s chef Scott Vivian is serving forth Pastrami & Pinot. The pastrami is house made and the Pinot Gris is from Niagara’s Fielding winery. From 11 a.m. to midnight…cost $20.
Maple sugar was a brand new experience for all of Canada’s immigrants. On Cape Breton the settlers learned how to make it from the Mi’kmaq. By 1870 the folks who lived near Mabou were on record for processing 2 tonnes of it.
